Privacy policy
This policy explains how Hanjin Mission Control handles data from Google Calendar.
Access and use
With the owner's consent, the console reads calendar names and the event details needed to show a calendar, such as titles, dates, descriptions and locations. The service retrieves Google events for the displayed date range. It uses them to show the owner's schedule and does not add them to its task records or use them for AI training, agent prompts, advertising or profiling.
When the owner enables task sync, the service creates a dedicated calendar and sends Google task titles, dates or times, and links to the private task pages. It manages the events it generates on that calendar. Existing personal calendars are read-only for this integration.
Storage and sharing
The console's hosting service stores the Google refresh token encrypted, together with connection status, the dedicated calendar ID and sync bookkeeping. Read results are used for the current console view. The integration exchanges data with Google and the hosting infrastructure to perform these functions. Calendar data is not sold or transferred for advertising.
Pause, disconnect and deletion
In the console's Google Calendar panel, Pause task sync stops writes. Disconnect Google removes the active connection and requests revocation. If Google does not confirm, the token remains encrypted for the revocation retry. The owner can also revoke access from Google Account connections. The dedicated calendar and its previously synced events remain in the owner's Google account and can be removed directly in Google Calendar.
Hanjin Mission Control's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
